RentGuard collects information necessary to provide property compliance audits. This includes user account information (via Clerk) and property data uploaded via CSV for the purpose of document generation.

2. Data Usage

Property data uploaded to RentGuard is used solely for generating compliance notices and risk audits. We do not sell, rent, or trade your portfolio data to third parties.

3. UK GDPR Compliance

We operate in strict accordance with UK GDPR. Users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. Payment processing is handled securely via LemonSqueezy, and we do not store credit card details on our servers.
